The Special Needs Scholarship Program covers the entire state of Wisconsin, has no income limits, and can be enrolled in throughout the year. Milwaukee Participating Schools
The link below takes you to an alphabetical list of schools that participate the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program. If you live within the city of Milwaukee boundaries, these are the schools to which you may apply.

Racine Participating Schools
If you live in the Racine Unified School District, the link below takes you to the schools to which you may apply. If you live in Racine County but outside of the RUSD, see schools in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program.

Wisconsin Statewide Participating Schools
The link below takes you to an alphabetical list of schools that participate the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program. If you live in Wisconsin but outside the city of Milwaukee and the Racine Unified School District, these are the schools to which you may apply.

Special Needs Scholarship Participating Schools
The link below takes you to a list of schools in Wisconsin that participate in the Special Needs Scholarship Program. You are eligible to apply to one of these schools if your child has an individualized Education Program (IEP) or services plan that meets program requirements and was developed within three years of your application.
